FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT CLASS SHOULD I ATTEND?
The best class to attend for Beginners would be a Beginner Series, a Beginner Workshop, or a Beyond Beginner Workshop; these sessions are jam-packed with information! However if there is no workshop or series scheduled or you cannot make the workshop or series the best classes to attend are Peace Flow (all levels), Yin (all levels), Restore your Bliss (all levels), and Flow Fundamentals (level 1). Peace Flow, Yin, and Restore your Bliss will be more gentle classes while Flow Fundamemtals will include a mix of strength and flexibility. After a few classes you might find that Flow & Chill (level 1/2) and Lunch Flow (level 1/2) are suitable.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Just yourself! We have mats at the studio that you can use (for free!) but if you prefer to bring your own mat that’s absolutely fine. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and it’s always a good idea to have a water bottle with you.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Doors open 15 minutes before a class begins. We ask that you do not arrive earlier as we use this time to clear out the studio after the previous class.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE FOR SESSIONS?
Pre-registration is required for our Beginner Series, Beginner Workshop, and Beyond Beginner Workshop. There is no pre-registration required for the group classes on the schedule, so you can just show up! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins, especially if this is your first visit as you will have to fill out a registration form.
