MARGOT BROWN
Margot arrived on her yoga mat in 2011 after years of athletic pursuits in running, boot camps, and strength training. Looking for something that would be kinder and gentler on her body she has continued her yoga practice over the past 10 years and loves the peace, calm, and mindfulness that accompanies the practice. Margot completed the 200Hr Find Your Flow Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with Helena Butler and Melanie Caines in 2019 and aspires to make yoga accessible to anyone and everyone.

I love the opportunity to get away from the tourist areas and get to know the local scene. The food was fabulous, staff and accommodations were excellent. The yoga was wonderfully therapeutic. And I really enjoyed getting to know the group. This was a wonderful experience for me and my first time travelling as a single. It gave me the confidence to try it again.
